We understand how daunting it can be to trust your entire infrastructure to an outside vendor, and that’s why we always provide a fixed fee price for our monthly clients. We don’t like getting surprise bills in the mail, so we won’t do that to our clients.

Our fixed fee pricing structure allows for easy budgeting. Before we begin work on your request, issue or project, we provide a quote to help manage expectations and available retainer hours. If you have a large project coming up, you can roll any unused monthly hours into the next month throughout one calendar year.

We also offer our clients a self-service portal to help manage billing information and past work orders.
